Share a simple old fashioned Open House in beautiful McConnells Mill.  Bring the family to craft homemade Christmas ornaments from natural materials, and enjoy a different view of the mill in the winter season.  Chat with the park staff over light refreshments.  Saturday,  Nov. 15, weather permitting, anytime from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Free. Park at Kildoo Picnic Area and walk down to the gristmill.  The mill is not heated.  If walking is difficult, park down by the mill or ask for assistance by calling the Moraine State Park office @ 724 368-8811
